LOS ANGELES, Calif. (November 13, 2018)—Autoproyecto, the largest Spanish-language automotive site in the U.S., announces the appointment of Octavio Navarro as Chief Marketing Officer. The addition of Navarro is part of a strategic expansion of the business.

Navarro is a 20-year veteran of the automotive industry with marketing experience at both the corporate and agency levels, and has had roles overseeing the national, regional and Mexico markets.  Navarro helped pioneer communications and PR strategies for automakers like Mazda and Ford that were specifically designed to reach the fastest growing automotive consumer segment - Hispanics. He will be responsible for driving data-informed marketing strategies across Autoproyecto’s owned and operated sites, social channels and Over-The-Top(OTT) streaming platforms.
